On Sunday, June 10th, at 11:00am the Coconino County Sheriff’s Office received a 911 call regarding a climbing accident in Sycamore Canyon at the climbing area known as Paradise Forks.

According to CCSO, Phoenix Venezia-Phillips, 17, was last seen on September 30th 2017 at 6:20 AM at a bus stop in the Flagstaff Community. Phoenix is known to have friends or family in the area of Phoenix, AZ. and Flagstaff, AZ.
